Refund & Cancellation Policy

Studio Vicky Price is a small creative business, so I have clear boundaries around cancellations.

More than 30 days before workshop: Full refund

14-30 days before workshop: 50% refund

Less than 14 days before workshop: No refund

The date you book is included are Day 1.

One free transfer per booking (subject to availability) – contact me if you need to move workshop dates.

To cancel or transfer: Email with your name and workshop date. Refunds are processed within 7 working days to original payment method.

Compassionate circumstances:

If you need to cancel due to serious illness, bereavement, or emergency, please contact me directly by email. I'll work with you to find a solution.
